Our apps may also suggest credit cards best suited for certain transactions, based on the specifics of applicable rewards programs. The "Services" include our website, apps, widgets, email notifications, and any other mediums through which you access this Agreement (whether desktop, mobile, or other applications). Services also encompass co-branded or white-labeled versions of our websites and apps, and any other goods.

Use of Our Services is for Informational Purposes Only

You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Our services are designed to help guide your financial decisions but are general in nature. They do not take your specific financial situation into account. Your financial situation is unique, and the information provided may not be appropriate for your circumstances. Service Providers are responsible for the products and services they offer. You acknowledge and agree that Service Providers are entirely liable for the goods and services they provide. We are not liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from or related to your use of a Service Provider’s products or services. • We cannot guarantee that submitting a Match Request will result in a match with a Service Provider.
• If you make a complete or incomplete request, you agree that the information you provide in connection with your Match Request may be used and disclosed according to our Privacy Policy. Without limiting anything in the Privacy Policy, you allow Service Providers, their affiliates, and third-party service providers to conduct necessary research with your information, including, if applicable, credit history checks, to fulfill your Match Request.
• If you submit a Match Request, you allow us and up to ten (10) Service Providers to contact you via telephone, fax, and email at the contact information you provided in your request. This may include providing you with information, rates, quotes, offers, products, and services related to your Match Request. You agree to receive phone calls from Service Providers and us, even if the phone number you provided is on a "Do Not Call" list. Additionally, you consent to Service Providers and us making recorded calls to remind you of deadlines or other matters related to your Match Request.
• You are responsible for adhering to all relevant laws and regulations when using any services provided by us or a Service Provider.
